In order to reach out the disables living irrespective of rural and urban areas and to make them aware of various Government welfare schemes and programmes, information relating to disability activities like meetings, seminars, workshops & special camps, articles & news, interviews and inspiring stories of successful disable personalities, sports, new inventions of Aids & Appliances for disable persons and views, a bi-monthly & bi-lingual Newspaper “PUNARBASA SAMACHAR” both in Odia and English Language is being published regularly by this Organisation.
