It is said that creativity is a born quality. Children having different type of disabilities lack the environment of training and exposure to nurture and encourage their innate creative ability.
Mostly, the differently abled persons rarely great any chance to exhibit their creative talents in comparison to the other normal persons of the society.
Keeping in view this scarcity of opportunities for differently abled Artists , our organisation PUNARBASA in different occasions showcase and patronize the hidden the differently abled creative talents of Kendrapara Districts in organising Musical Programme by visually challenged and also other category.
