Felicitation and Financial Incentive to Successful Para-Sportsperson on 17th February, 2026
International para-athlete Shri Ranjit Chanda, who recently won a Bronze Medal in Javelin at the World Grand Prix, was felicitated at PUNARBASA today by the Hon’ble guests Shri Sangram Beura, DSSO, Kendrapara; Shri Lokanath Panigrahi, District Sports Officer; Shri Dilip Nayak, A.O., DHH; and eminent doctor Shri Biswaprakash Kanungo. A token financial incentive was also presented to him on the occasion.
On the same occasion, a desktop computer set was distributed by the guests to quadriplegic Rajkumar Jena of Pundilo, Patkura, as a token of support from PUNARBASA for starting a self-reliant DTP centre at his home.
