PUNARBASA organised an Annual Padma Rout Scholarship program in its Therapy centre, Madhapur, Kendrapara. It provided Rs.5000/- cheque for each student for the Year-2024 namely Subhashree Khandual (Locomotor Disability, 45%), B.Subhrajini Routray (Visually Impaired, 64.5%), Rajalaxmi Swain (Locomotor Disability, 58.7%) those are scoring (80.6%,64.5%,58.7%) in Matrik exam. Monalisa Bal (Locomotor Disability, 50%), Harapriya Das (Hearing Impaired, 75%), Bharati Das (Locomotor Disability, 60%) those are scoring (73.3%, 53%, 45%) in +2 level. Receiving Scholarship by the Hon'ble chief guest Sub-Collector of Kendra para Sj.Rabindra Kumar Pradhan, Eminent poet and Educationist Dr.Aparna Mohanty, Senior Physician Dr. Gauranga Charan Samantray at PUNARBASA Kendrapara today.

Padma Rout Scholarship Awards to PwDs Girl - 2024 in the name of his mother an octagenerian role model , who has been able to successfully completed her PUPP ( intermediate science ) from the prestigious Sailabala women's college, Cuttack in 1964, which paved the way to other girls of that remote rural belt of Bijaynagar, Mahakalpara to aspire for higher studies .

On 4th August, Sunday at 10.30am in a special programme at PUNARBASA, the above scholarship will be given to meritorious differently abled girls of Kendrapara district in three categories as a small effort from us to boost up their invincible will power.

Seven differently abled girls of Kendrapara district received the Annual Padma Rout Meritorious Scholarship for PwD Girls-2024, @5000/- each as a token of Appreciation and Encouragement specially towards fostering the Higher education goal of Girls with disabilities.

Rehabilitation Center at Madhapur has been awarded the Padma Award for meritorious and successful support of girls with disabilities.

Prominent orator and chief consultant of rehabilitation Dr. Birja Routray attended the program as the chief guest and said that the financial assistance provided to the students with disabilities will boost their morale and motivate them to move forward.
