On the auspicious day of Phalguna sukla panchami (ଫାଲଗୁନ ଶୁଳ୍କ ପଞ୍ଚମୀ) the publicity vehicle of Odisha Knowledge Corporation Ltd (OKCL) flagged off by the Honourable District Magistrate Kendrapara Sj Nilu Mohapatra of the newly opened Skilling and Computer wing of PUNARBASA an Authorized Learning Centre under OKCL to impart OS-CIT based computer education at it's Madhapur Centre. Aming to train the differently abled students/ persons of our district by enabling them at par with other counter parts to lead a technologically equitable life in society. On this occasion, Founder cum Chief Advisor Biraja Routray, Assistant Secretary Banshidhar Mohanty, Treasure Siba charan Samal, Ward Counsellor Smt. Rasmita Singh, Coordinator of CwSN under Samagra Sikhya Bijay kumar Parida, Member Swapnashu Kumar Das, Khirod Kumar Parida, Nrusinha Charan Tripathy, and staff of the organisation Sanjib Kumar Jena and Manoj Kumar Biswal were present at Amar udhyan.
