Annual Sridhar Rout Scholarship Award to Meritorious PwDs Students-2025 was held today on 12th February, in the therapy hall of PUNARBASA at Madhapur, Kedrapara.

Out of the 25 total recommended differently abled students by different degree colleges of Kendrapara District a selected 4 meritorious students were conferred with this award.The very objective of this novel financial support initiative by the organization was to encourage those meritorious differently abled students pursuing higher studies and grappling with both financial constraints, severe physical and intellectual hindrances to reach at their goals.

On this occasion Hon'ble Chief Guest Addl District Magistrate, Kendrapara Sj Nilu Mohapatra, Eminent Educationist and Noted writer Professor Abhya Behera, Professor Nanda Kishore Parida, Former District Social Security Officer Pravash Chandra Das and Noted writer Annapurna Mohanty graced the ceremony with their inspirational words. Among others Special Secy Sj Arabinda Routray, Educationist Tapan Kumar Pati, Headquarters BSSO Sudhansu Sekhar Behura, President KEM Akshya Kumar Pain and many former administrative officers, journalists, writers and social workers were present. The meeting was coordinated by the Chief Advisor of Punarbasa Biraja Routray assisted by Asst Secy Bansidhar Mohanty, Member Amrin Sahadat, Md Zahid Khan, Sanjib Jena, Treasurer Siba Charan Samal, Manoj Ku Biswal and other staff of the organization.
